Love the nutty flavour, quick and easy to make them.

Recipe: Martha Rose Shulman

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 toasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or sesame oil
4 to 5 tablespoons water, as needed

roll out between two pieces of parchment paper

shape them using cookie cutter

close together but not touching.
ready to get baked

Method
Preheat oven to 350F (180C), with racks positioned in the middle and upper third. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix in the flour, sesame seeds and salt until well combined ( hand mixing).
( refer original site for food processor or Mixer method).
Add the water ( one tablespoons at a time), continue to mix well, gather the dough into a ball.
Place the dough between two large pieces of parchment papers.
Roll out evenly.
Cut into your desired shapes.
Place them on the baking sheet, close together but not touching.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.  Switch the sheet tray front to back and top to middle half way.
Remove for the heat, let it cool on rackes.
