Gluten-Free Chocolate Buckwheat Biscotti (healthy version)

As said, cut them 1/2 inch thick for second bake. Too thin can fall apart as the texture is slightly crumbly. I find when I dip it in coffee and it shows out the chocolate flavour.

Muscovado Biscotti (Dan Lepard)

Twice baked Biscotti can be baked without oil, butter and good to keep for quite a number of weeks. Great to dip in coffee or tea.

Walnut Cornmeal Biscotti (1)

Twice baked biscuit, with butter this time.  Good flavour from the butter and roasted walnuts. I enjoy dipping it in my afternoon coffee.

Homemade freshly made cookies are the best, preventing unnecessary preservatives and additives. Most importantly, you know what you put in.  They are easy to make and taste delicious too.

Dan Lepard's peanut butter and pumpkin seed cookies

There's combinations of pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, muscovado, (choc chips and sesame seeds as extras) in every bite you take, we just loved it so much.
The middle part is soft while the edge is crispy.

Kampar Chicken Biscuits ( Kai Zai Paeng)

Thin and crispy with beautiful Nam Yee flavour.

I made this quite a while ago.  Kai Zai Paeng was one of my childhood snacks and originated from Kampar, not far from my hometown Ipoh.
With Nam Yee, a kind of fermented red beancured, the biscuit taste really good.

Seeded crackers

I had such a fun time doing this, it tasted really yummy, crispy and beautiful aroma of fennel seeds and sesame seeds keeps coming through every bite I do........really really good.  I can never get this kind of crackers in stores with such generous seeds and the freshness.
