Tomato bread




Strong aroma from the tomato sauce and sundried tomato, a tasty bread.

Ingredient (750g loaf)
Bread flour  350g
Dry yeast  4g
Castor sugar  35g
Salt  5g
Tomato sauce  53g
Lukewarm water  210g
Olive oil  28g
Dry tomato  88g


Method (Bread Machine)
1.  Cut the sundried tomato into small pieces, soak in the water for 30 minutes. Drain away the excess water. Set aside.

2. Salt, sugar,oil, goes in the container. Next, the flour and yeast.  Set machine to "dough" mode, select your choice of crust,  set weight to 750g, press "start".

3. When everything comes as a rough dough, add in the sundried tomato.

4. When it is done, remove the container out of the machine. Let it cool on wire rack.
