Simple White Toast

Sometimes a simple white toast can be so delicious to me.

Sponge (A)
Bread flour 440g
Instant dry yeast 6g
Lukewarm water 260g

Main dough (B)
Bread flour 120g
Honey  30g
Salt  1 teaspoon
Milk powder  20g
Lukewarm water  80g
Unsalted butter/ oil   30g

Divide into 3 equal portions, roll into balls, let it rest for 10 minute.

Roll out the dough
roll it back towards you again
seal seams up in the end
(do that to the other two portions)

lay it onto the prepared pan and let rise for the size gets doubled.
Baked!
Methods
Sponge: Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water, add in the flour and knead to form a rough dough.
Cover and let it sit for 1 and 1/2 hour.
Add (A) to (B) and knead to a smooth and glossy dough ( unsalted butter /oil would be the last to add in the kneading job).
Cover and let it rise for an hour or, until it doubles it's size.
Divide into 3 equal portions, roll into balls, cover and and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough, roll it back towards you, seal seams up in the end. Lay them onto the prepared greased loaf pan.
Cover and let it rise for about one hour, or until it rises nearly to the top of the pan.
Bake at preheated oven of 190C for about 30 minutes. Place a pan filled with hot boiling water in the lowest shelf of the oven throughout the baking.
Insert skewer to test the centre deep end, if it comes out clean, it's done.
