Radish Meat Dumplings

After some practice, I finally can make thinner skins which my family likes, though the original dumplings should be thicker. I actually used another half batch of filling for this thin texture.

Duo Colour Dumplings

I have been practicing how to make dumplings for the past two weeks,  This experiment has proved to me that dumplings can also be made with a good texture even if you don't use potato starch.

Wholemeal Big Meat Buns

Beef steamed buns with lots of vegetable.  Make lots, wrap and freeze them so you can always have some for lazy weekend dinners at home.  Go with any kind of dipping sauces you like....vinegar and sesame oil, chilli oil, chilli sauce, chilli, mustard sauce, XO sauce, what else?
Oh yes, they are soft, moist, fluffy and very filling buns :)

Beef cabbage steamed bun

I made some quite big sizes of steamed buns,  one or two is enough to satisfy us.  It's great for lazy meals in weekends.  Great to dip in with some sauces, like vinegar mixes with sesame oil, even with mustard and chilli sauce.
